This is the step in which I finalize all paint colors. This includes painting transitions between sections after those sections' colors have been finalized and painted. Quite a bit of revision takes place during this step, as exact color proportions are as important in Formal Impressionism as exact line relationships. Note the picture showing arbitrarily colored dots as markers for the final paint color selection on the roof.
